What to do if there's a problem with your order:
For all enquiries regarding product returns, please send us an email at email@example.com or give us a call on 1800 078 278 within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include as much information as possible such as invoice number, stock codes, delivery dates and reason for your return
Conditions of Return
We comply 100 % with Australian Consumer Law. If goods are faulty or damaged, a full refund will be issued.
If PPG have supplied faulty, damaged or incorrect product to what was ordered online, PPG will organise pick up of the product(s) in question. All returns must be in its original, unmarked saleable condition.
However please note the below:
1. No refunds or returns on customised or customer-specific stock.
2. No refunds or returns on non-stocked items.
3. No refunds or returns due to "change of mind".
